我今天给home affair打电话,他们说如果提交过结婚证明的就不需要再申请豁免了,如果没有提交过结婚证明 ...
Home affairs说的对澳洲边检也许有用。但是中国地勤可不会管这一套。地勤只看Timatic:
Passengers are not permitted to enter or transit Australia due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus.
This does not apply to the following passengers:
Citizens and permanent residents of Australia, and those who are their immediate family (including partner, dependent children or legal guardian) provided they have received approval from the Department of Home Affairs. Approval can be requested by completing the form on the following link: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/ ... vid19-enquiry-form;
Passengers holding a partner or child visa (subclasses 100, 101, 102, 309, 445, 801, 820);
Citizens of New Zealand ordinarily resident in Australia holding proof of residency;
Passengers in transit, provided they do not leave the transit area of the airport;
Citizens of a Pacific Island Forum member state (Australia, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Republic of Marshall Islands, Western Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu) and Timor Leste in transit through Australia, provided passengers are departing to or from a Pacific Island Forum member state within 72 hours, and depart from the same airport as their arrival airport, unless they are granted an approval to depart from a different airport;
Residents of New Caledonia or French Polynesia in transit through Australia, provided passengers will depart to or from a Pacific Island Forum member state within 72 hours, and depart from the same airport as their arrival airport, unless they are granted an approval to depart from a different airport;
Passengers holding an exemption to the travel restrictions issued by the Australian government.
所以你如果只有Home Affairs的口头承诺的话拿到登机牌的可能性不大。 |
