前两天发了个帖,买房看了抑郁,最后决定买下来,west ryde 的一套公寓,72.5万,定金已经支付了。
现在Strata report出来,律师跟我说不太好,不知道怎么办了,大家来帮忙看看吧,真的心力交瘁了!

Resolved unanimously to commence a building defects claim, hydraulic defects claim and a fire safety defects claim and to engage defects building engineers to inspect the building,
Resolved to raise a special levy of $200,000.00 plus GST to fund the defects claim and defect reports, due in 2 instalments on 3 June and 3 July 2020.
Unit 10 contributions total $4,994.00 as recorded on page 83 of the notice of this meeting,
Russel Chambers Lawyers were engaged to act for the strata plan,

This report is to be taken in context and in conjunction with the scans below.
With the commencement of a defect claim and low balances more special levies are likely. Resolution of the claim usually takes 1 to 5 years depending on the builder’s co-operation if they are still trading.
