40ch 表格中有一句话 “Attach a written statement showing the relationship of the person you have sponsored/nominated or assured and the dates of lodgement of sponsorships/nominations (including any current sponsorship/nominations), Maintenance Guarantees or Assurance”。请问具体要提交些什么？一份手写的声明说明关系什么的，然后附带sponsor 人的签证detail 就足够了吗？谢谢
