租房协议里写了:
The TENANTS acknowledges that the Condition Report provided at the commencement of the tenancy must be signed and returned to the Agent within 3 business days after entering into occupation of the permises. The TENANTS also acknowledges that if they fail to return the signed copy of the Condition Report the agent will use the copy held in the file and the TENANTS may waive their right to dispute the condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy.
我在签合同时提出异议,说交钥匙的时候水电气都没通,3天怎么可能发现问题。中介在电子邮件中同意7天,但是签合同还是3天,她说这是公司的版本不能改。
这个周一拿钥匙。今天周四,我还没搬进(先去宜家买家具,烟感没电了一直尖叫中介周三才换电池,然后周三下午我立马去买了电器,周五安装。准备周五入住),翻看Condition Report, 发现里面有条款:
To comply with the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997, the tenant must give a signed copy of the report to the agent within three (3) business days of occupying the premises. If you fail to complete this report accurately you may have difficulty claiming your full bond back at the end of the tenancy
我让中介把这条里的3改成7,她说不能改,法律规定的。
现在我已经过3天了,等于退房的时候要扣Bond? 我事先根本不知道 |
