Job Offer有了,但還沒說好terms & conditions

今天Job Offer來了 人工已知少得可憐,而且還沒說好terms & conditions, 就叫下星期一上班.是FULL TIME CONTRACT工...我想上班前先說清楚條件...所以想 send email request employment contract.  email 可否如以下???

Thank you for your call this afternoon regarding the job offer for the trainee accountant position in your firm.


Before I start work and sign the employment contract on next monday, i would be pleased if i can recieve a copy of employment contract with detailed about the terms and conditions beforehead if possible.


I look forward to working with you and other members in XX.  I believe that my educational background and work experience can contriubute to the firm.

although is a trainee accountant position but the job duties includes admin, reception, and personal assistant...the company just title as trainee accountant in order to recurit a cheap labour with accountant standard people

yeah, i know. But usually people just care about your title rather than wot you really putting your hands on.

BTW, may I know your gender  as I wanna know if people could accept a male in their reception duty.

i am a girl, and i already have my cpa title with some local experience.  I feel a bit unfair to treat me as trainee accountant and this offer pay $7000 less compare to my last job,  

As i have been unemployed for nearly half year, i know i need to accept this offer in order for me to re-enter the work force.

Of course you should, coz I 've been unemployed for one and half month, and I already wanna shot myself.

Do you mean you got CPA qualified or just finished all courses?

Comparing with heaps of unemployed people, like us, it's fair enough for you to get a job.

楼主，其实 你可以说自己去拿employment contract, 叫他们准备一下，这样你也主动点，否则，今天周三，周五你也不一定收到

不是生气，只是时间真的难熬，job market那么不景气，看不到希望，这种情况下很容易崩溃的。

失业的朋友们应该体会得到挨这种日子的痛苦。。。

不事生产的确好痛苦,犹如吃了千刀万蚁丸.

不过幸福有时就在拐角处.
我也是今年2月底失业3月底重新就业的.工作比原来的好,职位更高,而工资更加是大大上涨.
忍耐一下,同时想办法继续进修打发时光吧.

If I am you, I would certainly ask for formal contract which is what I am currently doing... not because you had been suffering to find job, so you would compromise for everything...i truly believe there is always another job for you sooner or later as long as you don't give up... meanwhile, congratulation!!!

Trainee是工资相对低啊。好像同普通的工种工资不一样。看你怎么想了，如果是比较正规公司，工资他们就基本不会给的不合理。不然的话 看你想累计经验还是赚钱了。现在经济不好 有啥就干啥吧 大不了骑驴找马咯。如果他觉得你强，应该不会介意一点工资的。其实公司找到合适的人也蛮难的。

so if she said this is a contract job....and under a full time basis.....actually what source of beneift i entitle to have?
will i still entitle to have super? i guess i won't have annual leave pay, sick leave pay...right?

but this is just a 5 ppls firm....i don't think they will have this
i guess they may probably ingore the employment as well

In my company, they still give sick leave and annual leave to trainee ppl but salary is really low...Don't worry about too much about your contract. My bf didn't sign a contract but worked full time... Just ask other ppl (or your interviewer) in the office about super and etc.

depends on your package so you'd better check with your HR...you should have annual/sick leave if you are full-time contract... cheers
