求助，175电签，Family member怎么填？

在填到Family members的时候，要求：
Provide details of ALL your family. Include family members that are not accompanying you to Australia as well as deceased family members. Where appropriate, you are required to provide details of the following family members:

Your parents
All your brothers and sisters (including full, half, step and adopted brothers and sisters)
All your children (including children from previous marriages/relationships)
All your other dependents (including any dependent children of a dependent)

有三栏Migrating dependents, NON Migrating dependents, Other Family Member
应该怎么填？
我父母如果填在NON Migrating dependents里面，可他们不是我的dependents，如果填在Other Family Member里，又要求前两项Migrating dependents, NON Migrating dependents里必须至少有一个人
彻底晕了
另外，配偶的父母兄妹要填在什么地方？
