About the Role:
Responsible for the successful placement and transition of job seekers into sustainable employment, by providing a high quality and individually tailored service.

Core duties of this role include:
•        Mentoring Jobseekers to overcome employment barriers and support them through a tailored job plan;
•        Networking to strengthen relationships with local employers;
•        Create employment opportunities for jobseekers
•        Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance requirements; and
•        Providing Post Placement Support to Jobseekers and Employers.

Skills and Experience:
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•        Strong administration and compliance capabilities
•        fluent English and Chinese in writing and speaking
