J (29yrs), P (51yrs), D (24yrs) A (75yrs), & AD (47yrs)

The family is currently renting privately through a family members property and have been there for over 12 months now.
The reason as to why they are looking to rent your property is due to the fact that their landlord is selling the property.

J is currently working full time as a Facilities & EHS Assistant for Bristol earning roughly $1046 per week.
P is currently working as a Secondary school teacher earning roughly $687 per week.
D is currently working part time as a barista earning roughly $430 per week.
A is currently living on the pension
Lastly AD is working as a volunteer for a non profit organisation. She has over $4k in savings

where is the proof ? unless the currently address has been listed for sale.
