I worked at Big Review TV full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Sounded great! The dream the puppet CEO was preaching sounded "amazing"
Cons
poor care to employee's, sales figures were not real sales compared to nearly all other sales companies, just a pushy pitch to get a film crew out, no commitment from the business to spend anything.. not sure why they were so desperate to have heaps of people as it's not a clever way to onboard.
Advice to Management
listen to the smart people around you as you clearly don't have any digital marketing.
Creating silo's so no one really knew too much from sales, marketing, production and crews backfired.
You have no tech experience in your weird family run company with dad, girlfriend, son with no business experience other than Best & Less, son's 20+ years older girlfriend and other family members doing a terrible job of miss managing staff, forcing good people to leave while you mislead the ASX in your prospectus, lie to investors about sales results and live a luxurious lifestyle paying crews peanuts.
