centrelink最近怎么啦,电话至少等上10分钟才有人接,要么就是忙音。
CENTRLINK也在裁员。

Centrelink to cut Canberra jobs

The Community and Public Sector Union is calling for the Federal Government to make a pledge that there will be no forced redundancies for Centrelink staff in Canberra.
It follows the announcement that Centrelink is looking to reduce staff numbers at its National Support Office in the capital.
It has also been confirmed that the proposed expansion of call centres in Launceston, Hobart and Coffs Harbour will no longer go ahead.
CPSU deputy president Lisa Newman says any job cuts will be bad news for staff and customers.
"What we need is to ensure that these programs are properly funded so that they succeed," she said.
"What we know is that while the Government's funding model is currently tied to unemployment figures that doesn't recognise they are dealing with increasingly complicated cases for people that are longterm unemployed, suffering significant disadvantage.
"I think Centrelink staff are dismayed. These cuts aren't only bad for Centrelink staff, they're also bad for Centrelink customers who are going to be waiting longer on line as a result of this decision."
