Finance Assistant

One of Australia's largest Import/Export wholesale distributors of general merchandise is seeking a Finance Assistant in NSW.

Responsible for:
Accounts receivable
Bank Reconciliations
Data entry
Applying payments
Various administration tasks
Calling customers for collections and good customer service Assisting in sales orders.


You will be able to demonstrate the ability to operate successfully in a fast moving, changing and outcome-driven environment, along with a passion and enthusiasm to help drive the team to succeed and achieve growth targets.

A strong organisational ability as well as the commitment to follow tasks through to completion solution focused, with the ability to analyse complex problems
outstanding communication skills and a strong client focus.
The ability to manage business pressures and client expectations while maintaining a high degree of motivation and professionalism.
the ability to pick things up quickly and to manage multiple work streams
previous experience in a fast paced environment

The ideal applicant must have the following attributes:

Highly punctual

The ability to deal with pressure
Be able to adapt with different personalities
Experienced in MYOB
Minimum 3 years book keeping experience
Experience in calling customers for payments Excellent spoken and written English
Good presentation and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 /year - permanent full time
