六个礼拜前坐飞机回国是半夜的飞机，所以退税那里没有人了，填好表格放信封里投了那个drop box。到现在也没收到退款。今天发了个邮件问了一下，收到回复说现在还没有进系统，让我再等六个礼拜然后再问。大家最近退税也有遇到这种情况吗，需要这么久吗

Thank you for contacting the Tourist Refund Scheme regarding your claim.
I am unable to locate a claim in the system at present. We have been advised that Brisbane Airport has a very high volume (approximately 13,000) of manual GST & WET Forms (Drop Box Forms) lodged for processing and this is causing unexpected delays in processing times. Unfortunately, I am unable to investigate further until a claim has been entered into the system.
If you have not received any correspondence in relation to your claim within the next six weeks, please contact us again for a further update.
