Due to the significant and rapid growth, the company is looking for some fresh talent to join their team of successful and passionate Customer Service Representatives.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the back of house for all inbound enquiries regarding products and services, contributing to customer retention, sales and revenue growth. More specifically your duties will include:
• Receiving and managing calls and emails internally in an efficient and timely manner
• Providing product support and troubleshooting
• Actioning customer orders and service requests
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required:
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
• The ability to develop rapport and build relationships with account managed customers and key stakeholders
• Proven ability to problem-solve
• Proven ability to work effectively both as a team player and independently
• Intrinsically motivated with an adaptable, "can do" attitude
• A high degree of computer literacy
• The ability to learn new systems and product sets fast
• Previous experience working with Telecommunication Products and Services will be advantageous, especially fault management

Work Type: 3-6 Months Contract (can be extended and to be a permanent position later)
