小弟在bundoora的投资房近日暖气坏了，中介叫了电工来看，电工拍了一些照片并提供了调查结果给了两个报价（不包含本次上门费120刀）。现在希望大神帮忙看看报价是否合理？有什么建议？谢谢！！
调查结果：Found rust and cracks on heat exchanger leaving potential to leak carbon monoxide and be dangerous. Also diagnosed faulty board. 在热交换器上发现了锈蚀和裂缝，这可能会导致一氧化碳泄漏的危险。同时检查已坏的供暖电路板。
提供报价1：
- To Supply and install new circuit board and heat exchange. 1280 inc GST.
更换安装新的电路板和热交换器。含税1280刀。
提供报价2：
- Quote to remove existing ducted heater, supply and install new Braemar TQD320 installing on dropper box and new digital wall control. This unit comes with a 5 year warranty. Quote $1780 inc GST.
更换整个管道供暖，安装Braemar TQD320 在安置箱 (dropper box)，并安装新的墙控系统。该设备有五年质保。报价含税1780刀.
- Due to the age of the unit the dropper box requires replacement. Quote to remove and replace, $180 inc GST.

- To supply compliance certificate $41 inc GST
提供相关的质检证明， 报价含税41刀。
- To remove existing heater from site and dispose $22 inc GST
帮忙处理换下来的旧供暖。报价含税22刀。
- Please note - On day of installation we will inspect the return air duct. if it does not meet requirements we will need to upgrade and a further charge of $330 inc GST is payable. If the owner does not want to proceed with upgrade they will need to take the responsibility of the unit as it will void the warranty.
请注意，安装当日会检查供暖的回风管（return air duct)。如果不符合要求将需要升级，会有另外含税330刀的费用。如果业主不想升级他们需要自行负责，并且保修视同作废。
- A gas test must be completed prior to installation of appliance, if a leak is found the landlord/agent will be contacted and a new quote will be given to solve gas leak at further cost.
在安装前会有一个供气测试。如果发觉有泄气会联系业主并提供修理的额外报价。
