We are a small independent accommodation group with 2 properties in inner city.  We are currently seeking a guest services assistant to perform the following duties

1. Ensuring excellence in customer service to all guests from reservation, checking in, checking out and any post stay follow up.
2. Answering calls for reservation and housekeeping requests
3. Perform concierge services including key delivery to guests, provide local knowledge and any other requests
4. Be a back up for housekeeping services
5. Quality assurance of cleanliness and general maintenance of all properties

The successful candidate will process the following

1. Fluency in English with impeccable telephone manners

2. Focused and passionate personality with immaculate presentation

3. Ability to work on a rotating roster including weekends

4. Previous front desk preferred not mandatory, however prior customer service experience is essential

5. Able to work autonomously and in a team and excel under pressure

6. Australian licence is necessary
