Hurstville图书馆网站的变化

我每天的习惯是上Hurstville图书馆网站，点击Today's new items，看看有没有什么新的东西可以借。但是从昨天周五开始，这一项链接没有了，取而代之的是New Resources，然后下面的链接New items列出的是最近两个月的new items。我周五致电图书馆询问，说是IT正在着手合并Hurstville和Kogarah两家图书馆的资源，从12月开始就可以一卡通用。接电话的馆员建议我上Georges River Council 的网站去投诉，让IT把这项功能加回来。我已经提交了投诉，如下。
I logged onto Hurstville Library site this evening and found to my surprise that there had been some change. And the link I often use “Today’s New Items” are gone. These changes were made without prior consultation with users. I understand the IT team is working to merge the catalogues of Kogarah and Hurstville branch however please bring “Today’s New Items” link back so user experience is not affected.  
我的投诉主要是以下几点：
1. 这项改变在发生之前没有咨询过用户意见；
2. 这项改变影响了用户使用，难道图书馆建议大家每两个月上去看看有什么新东西？
3. 整合两大图书馆的资源是好事，但是不应该影响用户的使用。
希望论坛里有受到影响的朋友也向council投诉，从而可以快速解决这个问题。

理想的情况应该如此。否则他们依据什么来做出改变呢？就像那个大妈对马云无人超市的经典评论一样：我们需要的不是改变，而是好的改变。

刚上去看了正在整合中的图书馆网站，发现"Today's New Items" 这个链接又没了。
已经发信去投诉。希望有同样不满的用户也去投诉，可以促成问题的早日解决。以下是我写的投诉信，欢迎使用。
I had a look at the new council library website and noticed the link "Today's New Items" is gone again. I am sure you understand that without links like “Today’s New Items”, “New DVDs”, “New novels”, “New magazines”, etc., the new library website will become just a search engine where a user has to know what he wants to do the search. Removing links like “Today’s New Items” is like removing the “What’s New” shelf/stand on the library premise.
It’d be greatly appreciated if the link can be restored.
