如果是permanent的工作，合同上会写出来吗？ 因为之前都是Fixed term所以没概念。

问了HR，他们说如果合同上没写ending date就是permanent的合同，可以这样理解吗？

Perm一般都是salary annual package, contractor是daily or hourly rate
一般没有ending date就是permanent的，有些公司会放一个estimated end date，不过合同里面应该会写是permanent role的
还有就是一般contractor是和中介签合同，公司付钱给中介，中介付工资给contractor，所以你可以看看payment method

我是直接找公司申请的。。没有经过中介。。确实是package。但是合同中没有ending date也没说是permanent

那你面试的时候没有问公司的HR吗？是不是permanent role?
拿到合同也可以问一下的，没关系的，确认完再签，一般contractor的notice是10天，perm的话notice根据工作年限有1-4周不等
没有ending date基本就是perm了
