昨天，在回帖中提出Melb Bayside冬暖夏凉，但很多墨村坛友有不同意见，指出海边风大，会比其它区更冷。
若干年前同样的事情也发生过，而且朋友警告我海边冷、风大、潮湿，房屋会腐蚀严重等等。
但Bayside的气温变化受海水温度影响大。
冬季Port Philip Bay最低水温是12度， 从海面上吹来的风使气温高于内陆地区，
夏季的时候Philip Bay最高水温是22度，所以其最高气温低于其他区。
