自己辞职 有 redundancy pay吗

如题，请教一下大家
如果在一个公司连续工作9年，自己跳槽辞职的话，有redundancy pay吗？ 个人觉得没有，但是fairwork上面写着自己resign也有redundancy pay。如下

A person under the Building and Construction Award is redundant if:

their employment ends, other than for reasons of serious misconduct or refusal of duty or
they are dismissed because of the insolvency or bankruptcy of the employer.
This means an employer has to pay redundancy when an employee is dismissed or they resign. This includes small business employers.

如果你领的工资很高，明显高于行业平均水平，你辞职可以和HR商量

fairwork 是你在工作中受到不公正对待，投诉去fair work。一般辞职是没用的

直接电话问fairworks。不过有的客服，水平还不如网站。

你是 under Building and Construction Award吗？如果是的话，你好像是应该有redundancy pay的。这个可以和监管你们公司award的机构去咨询。

除非你公司刚好redundant，你volunteer被裁的话有可能

把resign 和 voluntary redundancy 的定义搞清再发梦吧。redundancy pay only applies during redundancy.
