600签证，三年，没有8558条款

老妈的三年600签证下签，只有8101 No work和8201 no study more than 3 months 这两个条款，并没有8558 18个月只能呆12个月拿个条款，有人遇到过这种么？是不是呆满12个只要出境一下就可以再回来？

这个厉害了。。。没有18个月呆12个月的条款？如果真是这样12个月后出境都不需要啊。难不成已经开始慢慢向十年签证过度了？

签证写了stay period：12 month from the date of each arrival ，但是没有8558条款，我理解出境任意时间后就可以返回？

我的理解也是这样。可以写信去问一下移民局确认一下。

已经咨询过签证中心，确实是有没有8558都只能18个月最多12个月

这个看英文原文的语意，是可能subject to 8558。那也就是意味着可能不必啊。
另外，我知道的一个实际例子，朋友的妈妈，来自东南亚，签证中没有8558。每次在澳洲待一年，然后出去2-3个月再回澳洲，截至目前，都能顺利通过边检进入澳洲。
