Job Description:

1.        Department        Solar Inverter
2.        Position        Senior Technical Consultant for utility scale solar PV projects
3.        Office Location        Sydney

4.        Job Responsibilities
a.        To lead clarification with AEMO and grid companies about inverter compliance and NTS report, with supports from R&D and solution team.
b.        To resolve the technical questions from PV plant developers, owners and EPC about inverter compliance in utility scale PV plant and/or development process
c.        To communicate added vales of Huawei solar solutions to customers for large PV plants and influence PV plant solution selection
5.        Language Skills
English proficiency, good Chinese skills preferred but not mandatory
6.        Required Skills/Knowledge & Experiences
a.  Experience with Australia’s utility scale PV project development process
b.        Familiar with solar inverter technical compliance clarification and approval process by AEMO and state utility companies especially for NSW and Queensland
c.        Understand typical solutions and designs of utility scale photovoltaic power plants
d.        Proven track records and connections in Australian large PV plants sector
e.        Can travel in Australia sometimes, when required
f.        Motivated and proactive attitude
7.        Educational Background        Bachelor and above;
Preferred major in electrical or related to solar PV
8.        Other Remarks        Full time or part time, to be negociated considering candicate preference
