 Bondi Junction Importer, stoklist and distributor is looking for a full time office Admin/sales supporter
 
 Key Duties:
 1. Trading contract management
 - sales confirmations
 - purchase orders
 - product costing
 - oversea payment forecast and arrangement
 - keep relationship with suppliers
 
 2. Sales Support
 - securing offers from suppliers
 - presenting information to sales tem
 - managing customer enquiry list
 - maintain product list
 - assist with shipping schedule
 - maintaining and operating customer relationship module
 
 other office admin duties
 
 Eligible person must can think inside and outside of the box, able to multitask, have a good memory and followings:
 
 1. Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
 2. MYOB experience
 3. Previous working experience in shipping or trading company
 4. Fluent in both English and Mandarin speaking, writing
 5. Ensuring a 24 hour turnaround time for replied to all customers
 6. Ensuring there is attention to all details
 7. Australia citizen or Permanent Resident
 
 Salary based on experience + super + leaves
