The Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time Logistic Coordinator. This is a varied role reporting directly to the business partner. The role requires the ability to work autonomously and self-mange.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-          Book flights and transits and plan the dispatch of products in accordance with workloads and timeframe
-          Communicate with logistic companies and transit companies to ensure all delivery information and requirements are adhered to
-          Communicate with clients to inform the delivery status, explain any delays, and negotiate the requirements
-          Identify any issue or problem and actively find solutions
-          Help warehouse in packing and palletizing
-          Use and maintain logistic system
-          Other warehouse relevant duties

Key Requirements:
-          Previous experience in international logistic and international transit (preferred)
-          Outstanding communication skills
-          Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
-          Intermediate computer skills and Excel skills
-          Highly organised person
-          High attention to details and a keen eye for error
-          Able to work under pressure
-          Able to speak Mandarin (must)
