how to deal with noisy parrots (birds)?

Hi friends,

My neighbour bought two noisy parrots (birds) and put the cage next to my garage.

The cage is smelly, and the birds made very loud and non-stopped 'Aaaahhhh' noise from 6am to 8pm.

I tried to discuss with my neighbours (talk once and send letters twice), but they (Macedonian) did not listen. I also tried to contact local council (Hurstville) but the council ranger said that she could not do anything about it, though I provided noise dairy, 10 videos and medical report/mental health report from my family doctors.

I need your advice on how to deal with it and my neighbours. Can local MPs (politicians) help me in this case?

Is there ANY way to make the noisy birds quiet?

很难控制爱叫的鹦鹉不叫的，顶多就是再去找你的邻居，请他们把鹦鹉的笼子放远一点，不过说实话，6am-8pm也还好啊，应该不至于吵了你的睡眠或影响了你的mental health，更何况你也不是睡在garage里

You should learn what Roman,Greek and Slavic peoples ( mainly Russians and its descent) do to them. Or, you can get noise cancelling earmuff nowadays and some of them even let you filter the sound you do not want to hear.

It is so annoying when the noise woke you up in the morning. In hot summer days, the continuous 'Yaaahhh' noise will drive you crazy.

I talked to neighbour to see if they can move the cage back to its original place (further from my fence). They did not listen at all.

Can you please tell me how Roman,Greek and Slavic peoples ( mainly Russians and its descent) deal with them (Macedonian)? To be honest, I found that Macedonian are difficult to communicate.

My whole family was annoyed by the noise. My wife and son would be home most of the time, and they could not focus on study and rest due to the noise. So I have to find a solution.
