Mel land subdivision project coordinator position available

We are looking for an energetic outgoing project coordinator to join in our land development project in Melbourne for full time.
Your responsibilities but not limited to
-        coordinating and designing documentation of land development projects,
-        Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, third parties and local government authorities as well as delivering innovative solutions to achieve company goals.
-        Delivering projects from concept to construction and ensure work output is of a technically high standard;
-        complete project management tasks and records within time and budget constraints
Requirements
-         Great educational background, preferably in the fields of civil engineering
-         At least one year relevant working experience
-         Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
-         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-         Solid organizational skills and problem solving ability
-         valid Australian driver’s license
