The Accountant will work closely with other Epoch Finance team members to provide a comprehensive control framework for timely and accurate recording and reporting of historical data as well as directly producing outputs that assist senior management in looking forward to identify risks and opportunities.
This role represents a fantastic opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and, in doing so, make a highly valued contribution to a young and energetic organisation that is growing rapidly and has substantial ambitions for the future.
Qualifications and experience:
Recently CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion. ● 2-3 years experience in Big 4, Commerce or Finance industry. ● Prior exposure to a range of Finance functions (tax, financial reporting, decision support, etc) would be highly regarded, although not a prerequisite. ● Experience working with Financial Services or investment management firms would be beneficial, it is not essential.
Required skills:
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills. ● Self-starter who quickly takes ownership of their set responsibilities. ● Team player who is willing to take instruction from more senior members of Finance. ● Sound technical accounting understanding. ● Ability to embrace change, think outside the square and challenge the status quo. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● High competency in Microsoft Excel. ● Establish strong working relationships across multiple business/support functions & influence without authority.
Desired Skills:
● Practical corporate tax knowledge is highly regarded although not essential. ● VBA / Database automation experience. ● Financial Modelling / Forecasting Skills in MS Office.
具体 工资 我不知道啊，不过应该会比同行业要好一点，主要是奖金是uncapped，根据公司业绩。
今年已经开始计划下半年开始给员工配股。
办公室提供啤酒，零食，冰淇淋，软件，午餐（不过不是中餐），每两周一次BBQ。
工作满三年5周annual leave.
