Farewell message 同事的最后一个工作日，离职了也可以走的洒脱

To my friends and colleagues:

Wishing you and yours the very best holidays and bidding you all farewell.

It’s been an amazing journey for me the past 19 years – from working in a small xxx, xx software company as a teenager with blue hair, to the first xxx acquisition I would go through and on to the opportunity to build and run the xxx infrastructure that would one day processes millions of xxx  transactions for this region. The region has come a long way in the four years I have been here and Australia has become the home-in-your-heart that I didn’t know I was looking for.


While work has been my solid core of purpose and given me meaning over the years, it has also been my only core purpose and meaning most of those years. I’ve reached the point in my life where I need to take a break from it to see the world unfettered by the needs/wants of a demanding career.


I want to find who I can be outside of ‘my job’ to define me.


I will be backpacking Europe through 2017 until I’m done; seeking renewed purpose and finding just who and what I want to be ‘when I grow up’. It is my plan one day return to Sydney, but such things will be decided by the road and where it leads me. I’ll send along the travel blog links when the site is ready!

Thanks to all of you for everything you have done for me and what we have accomplished together. I wish you the best in all things.

之前印度同事的辞职信写的是家人在印度重病，需要立刻辞职回印度，结果第二个星期就在客户的公司发现他在那里开始上班。。。。

啊！ 我们这里的印度也是， 说的好好的家里人要他回印度发展了，巴拉巴拉。。。
过两礼拜又在City 另外一家公司上班了

Reference check 应该不难搞定吧，辞职都是找好了工作之后。
如果Reference 是自己提供的话， 就找个熟人作证明， 这些印度人眉头都不会皱一下，信口即来。
中介打电话去公司 HR查的话 ， 确实这个人在这里上班。

如果真是十几岁开始上班，工作了19年，也就MID 30，赚够了钱没有家室的话，是可以出去玩玩，找找"自我“
