The Henley Group, Innovators in Small Business are looking for a Financial Bookkeeper to join our fast paced creative business. The Henley Group began in the Health and Fitness Industry growing 24/7 Gyms in Brisbane and now in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. From here THG have expanded into the Hospitality industry with the opening of Henley's Wholefoods locations throughout the Eastern Suburbs. This rapid growth led to the creation of HPCG, bringing The Henley Group in to the construction business working on external and internal commercial projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a young vibrant fast paced company. Our Head Office is located in Sydney's St Peters.
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for bookkeeping across several entities
General data entry
weekly cash flow monitoring
supervision junior trainee
Creating and Processing Invoices
Credit Control and Collection Calls
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Attend to all accounting related and general admin tasks.
payroll process
month end closing and reconciliation
filing
various report and analysis
Proficiency in MYOB
Skills and Experience:
Certified Bookkeeper
Strong Communication and Organisational
Commercial experience
Exposure to franchise business is preferred
Ability to speak English is essential.
High attention to detail and ability to multi task
What's on offer:
3 days part time on contract of 6 months( potential to go full time)
salary advice :40k pro rata p.a.
