申请政府工selection criteria这一条不太懂

想申请一个环境部门相关的职位，里面有一条是
Ability to work under pressure and understand the need for sensitivity for the environment in which the Directorate operates.
这里面这个sensitivity是指什么呀，哪方面的？有没有人了解的？


The Environment and Planning Directorate (EPD) has responsibility within the ACT for policy development relating to nature conservation, climate change, waste, heritage, planning, transport planning, energy and water, together with regulatory responsibilities for development applications.

是指和nature conservation, climate change, waste, heritage, planning, transport planning, energy and water, together with regulatory responsibilities for development applications 这些方面的协调吗还是什么？

请问你贴的这张图是在哪里截的？找不到。。  是ACT government job 都有类似要求吗？
那我写response的时候就着重写keep confidential就好了是吧。

这儿的sensitivity 指的是环境,例如 threatened species, native species,biodiversity, climate change impact and adaptation, pest and weeds, aboriginal heritage and cultural heritage,   be mindful in EPD conservation is the core.  希望对你有帮助。

政府工，水太深，没有背景和人脉，绝大对数就是当绿叶。不过有面试机会，涨一点经验值也好。

就是敏感性，跟保密相关。Directorate是国家安全部门的代理，更是重中之重啊

请问contract 工作也是这样的吗？
如果做了contract, 再申请perm机会大的吗？

现在很多政府工都是合同的了，我以前应聘的一个就是两年一签的合同，其它职位的人是一年一签。据说以前一些历史老员工是永久机制的，但是很少了。

当时我记得我是唯一一个非内部推荐去的员工，所以亚历山大，基本就是铲屎官的角色。组里面6个人，就我一个干活，但是没有得到过一次表扬。

不过，也看运气吧，要是你交了中乐透一样的好运，也许能站对山头，那还有得混。话说回来，先能应聘进去吧，如果你走正常通道，这个基本就是很低的概率。
