NSW 驾照限速跨州版 最权威总结，走过路过不要错过哈

首先我是VIC的，我们村没那么多变态的规则， 然后RMS和VIC Roads的网站看来很类似，经过改版都丢失了很多以前的资料和信息。另外这个权威性出了墨村就不保真了


先说总结，只说NSW，NSW比较事多，要求多

NSW·～～～～

L牌，P牌等要求（主要是限速，大家最关心）如下
1.拿着NSW L牌 或者 P 牌 在 NSW，没什么好说的，玩游戏要遵守NSW的规则。
2.拿着其他州或者领地的 L 牌 在 NSW，玩游戏要遵守NSW的规则。
2.拿着其他州或者领地的 P 牌 在 NSW，可以不遵守NSW的规则，遵守各自驾照颁发地的规则就好。
3.拿着NSW L牌 或者 P 牌 licence 在其他州，玩high了也要遵守NSW的规则
4.拿着NSW L牌 或者 P 牌 licence 在其他州，要是不遵守当地规则被抓能不能扯皮，我不清楚没调查，不怕死就试试

In late November we will be travelling from VIC to QLD. I was wondering if the NSW P's 90km/h limit applies to VIC P-Platers driving interstate?

As the licensing conditions on Victorian P Plates does not have the 90km/h limit so we can travel at the signposted speed limits.

Interstate drivers wanting to drive in NSW should read the RTA Road Users' Handbook or the Motorcycle Rider's Handbook, as applicable. These are available from any motor registry, or via the RTA website www.rta.nsw.gov.au.

Drivers from interstate should also comply with any condition or restriction applicable to their interstate licence when driving in NSW. For example, if a Victorian licence holder is required to wear spectacles or contact lenses while driving, then he or she should also adhere to that condition or restriction while driving on NSW roads.

Learner licence holders from other States or Territories must not exceed 80 km/h when driving in NSW. As an example, learner and provisional licence holders from the ACT may drive at the posted speed limit when driving in the ACT. However, when driving on NSW roads, an ACT learner licence holder is restricted to a maximum speed of 80 km/h. This is because NSW road transport law states that 'The holder of a learner licence must not drive a motor vehicle on a road at a speed in excess of 80 km/h'. Under NSW law, a 'learner licence' is defined to include a learner licence issued in another Australian state or territory.

The position with visiting provisional drivers from the ACT is different. As the relevant NSW road transport law is specific to NSW provisional licence holders with respect to the special speed limits that apply (i.e. 90 km/h for P1's and 100 km/h for P2's), an ACT provisional licence holder may also drive at the sign-posted speed limit when driving on NSW roads.

However, the position with visiting provisional drivers from other Australian States or Territories may differ depending on any licence conditions or restrictions that apply to the driver in their home state or territory. In this regard, it is in the driver's best interests to comply with any condition or restriction applicable to their interstate licence when driving in NSW to avoid any dispute with police officers or insurance providers should they be involved in an accident.

可以看到回复说，你是别的州的？ OK，P牌你可以不遵守我们的规则，但是L牌我们通杀。 但是为了你不用跟保险公司扯皮啥的，希望P牌也遵守我们的游戏规则。

里面提到了
Marg Prendergast, general manager of the Transport NSW Centre for Road Safety told ABC Goulburn Murray that changes were made in July 2013 to make the situation clearer. The changes mean a drivers' home conditions travel with them.
"Whatever applies to you on your home licence applies when you travel interstate," she said.
"We acknowledge that there's a lack of clear communication. We're going to work with VicRoads and the Queensland Department of Transport to make it really clear for young drivers particularly in border areas."

鉴于发言人是NSW的交通领导，所以起码是说拿着NSW的驾照的人，走到哪都得守NSW的规矩。



因为NSW的警察也应该不会跨州执法，一般NSW的P牌出来high的时候虽然要遵守NSW限速不过一般也不会被抓 ，外来人口去NSW，L牌要老实点，P牌可以选择性的high起来，只要准备好扯皮就行。
