The base material for Woll professional cast products is a high quality, pre processed aluminium alloy from German smelting plants. Each piece is chill cast in a stress relieved process without any air inclusions that lessen the quality. Aluminium - Titanium oxides are then applied to the cut and ground body with a 20,000C hot plasma jet, using a patented hi tech process.
This hard surface forms the basis for the time tested, extremely durable and unique non stick coating of our WOLL professional cast products - our contribution to low fat, vitamin friendly and healthy meals. All of our products are PFOA free. We also offer a variety of TUV tested handles, ranging from those that can be detached to the stainless steel classics.
