If you are The Clinic Assistant/Receptionist that we are looking for at the Almond Wellness Centre Coburg &/or Ringwood:
1. Familiar with Chinese medicine and Acupuncture, preferably have experience in medical / Chinese medicine clinics;
2. Speak Fluent English;
3. Must have customer service experienced and have good communication skills;
4. Able to handle work stress;
5. Willing to learn;
5. Punctual and good time management;
6. Honest and reliable;
7. Full/part time position, able to travel in between clinics.
You may be required to
1. Do “Front of House” / reception duties: answering inquiring (English mostly), make booking, process payment, etc.
2. Assist with dispensing Chinese herbs, do Cupping, taking needles out, etc.
3. Other clinic associated office work (cleaning, filing, marketing, etc.)
