交涉了很多轮,最后还是野蛮被拒了。
填写了AAT准备要求Review,但是最后一步要求付$886,让我有点犹豫了。求大家看看我这个原因如何,有胜算吗?
1. My parents were asked to have medical examination while they applied(with my help, and through me and with my sponsorship) a Visa come to Australia this August. The reason the department told me was that we're going to have a baby to be delivered so my parents are likely to visit the hospital.
2. I have told the department that my parents can promise not go to the hospital to visit the new baby.
3. I have told the department that my parents were not asked for medical examination in 2014 when they applied Australian Visa to visit us during a period of time when my son was to be born which I clearly wrote in the invitation letter - a part of the application documents.
4. I have told the department the management strategies are set to contradict with public data released by the Australia government.
A - My little research shows that averagely an Australian goes to the hospital 1.2 times in 6 months just as the patient. It’s very reasonable to believe that any visitor from TB-risks countries would visit hospital 1.2 times as well in 6 months. If visiting a hospital as a patient or as an accompany, or visiting a hospitalised patient falls into “enter a health care or hospital environment” referred to this web page - 【1】, every single applicant for 6 months visa from TB-risks countries should be asked for medical examination. But they’re not. So the only reasonable explanation that I can imagine of is that visiting hospital as a patient, as an accompany, or visiting a hospitalised patient doesn’t fall into “enter a health care or hospital environment”. Supporting data sources are:
B - 【2】Table 2.6, Table 2.7 show that the total hospital patients were around 55.6 million in 2011.
C - 【3】Australia population was at 22.5 million at the end of 2011.
5. The department advised me to amend my application on Fiday(8 July 2016) and refused my application on the next Monday morning(11 July 2016). Prior the refusal was sent out to me, I received a call from the department and in the call, I told the department that I would be able to submit the amend application immediately after the call finishes.
6. I would never believe but now I tend to believe this government department is not working for, but against Australian. |
