B Someone's culture background can affect how they are treated in the workplace

C Government agencies can treat someone differently because of their political beliefs

Wrong - All Australians are equal under the law. This means that nobody should be treated differently from anybody else because of their race, ethnicity or country of origin; because of their age, gender, marital status or disability; or because of their political or religious beliefs. You can read more about this on page 6 of Becoming an Australian Citizen for more information
