４月８号在线申请的工作
4月19号参加了Assessment Centre
4月19号同一天做了Medical Check, Police Check
4月22号被要求做了Reference Check
4月27号收到HR邮件，恭喜通过Assessmen Centre，进入最后的background checking环节，并说结果大概在一周内出来
5月3号，今天上午打电话给HR询问结果，被告知下午会给电话，然后下午收到以下HR邮件，感觉没戏可以Move On了，大家觉得呢
5月13号，半夜11点半（！！！）接到HR负责人email，告知一切进展顺利，信中提到不少candidate在最后这个环节有耽误到，而且他们内部也在最后敲定offer细节，让我安心等下周二的结果。
5月20号～6月16号，1个月时间内不断有HR来信告知Restructure继续进行中，没有明确任何最终结果。
6月17号，被电话告知自己在现在是Waiting List的人选
6月23号，Verbal Offer收到
6月27号，email offer，welcome pack收到
6月28号，跟新公司确认接受offer。就此终于结束了长达将近3个月的换工。新公司7月25号报到。
背景：一共要招４０＋个职位，目前还在面试人，目前为止有７００多人申请了。

We have been working through the large number of candidates we've assessed and thank you for your efforts in completing your background check, references and medical components. We are still interviewing and screening candidates as well as working through the results of all the candidates like you whom have reached this stage of our process.
We'd like to thank you for your patience and continued interest in being a part of our future XXXX centre and would like to congratulate you on your continued progression. We understand you may be keen to know an outcome as soon as possible however with such a large number of candidates to review and the logistics of our Assessment Centres, it's important all candidates have the opportunity to be assessed fairly and consistently.
We are working on making final decisions as quickly as we can however if you are concerned, please contact me via email or phone.
Thank you again for your patience and we hope to be in a position to finalise this process in the next week or so.
