圣诞节的时候有姐妹发了Eve Lom网站套装打折的信息，就入手了。结果苦等2个多月,发了N多封邮件，终于有人回了。说是什么第三方安全检查没有通过，他们也不知道怎么回事，还说就是问也查不到，也没提会不会退款的事情。有姐妹和我遇到一样的问题吗？下面是回复的邮件内容：
We’re sorry to say that you order hasn’t passed the third party security checks. Unfortunately we don’t get informed when this happens due to data protection and therefore are unable to inform the customers of this. We also don’t get given any further information as to why the order failed.
Please place the order again online if you wish to have these items.
Please accept our apologise for this matter. |
