An exciting opportunity has now become available for a suitably experienced and qualified individual to join our small construction team and its based in West Ryde, NSW. If you enjoy getting involved in a broad range of duties which include office organisation, bookkeeping, accounts management, client relations then this is the perfect role for you!
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Day-to-day administration of the office.
- Administration of accounts including data entry of sales, stock adjustments and issuance of invoices.
- You will regularly engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Processing invoices and other paperwork for inventory sales
- Filing of company documents.
- Developing and maintaining profitable client relationships.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Accounting background with a minimum university qualification in finance/ accounting.
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Possess problem solving skills
