refer to your client’s Carer Visa application lodged on 12/04/2011.
I am pleased to advise you that, with additional information provided, I have now come to a decision that your clients meets all requirements and ‘Payment of 2nd Instalment of Visa Application Charge (2nd VAC)’ is the only outstanding requirement for visa grant.
As we are currently waiting for advice from the National Office for further allocation of visa places, hence, request for payment of 2nd VAC will not be made at this stage.
I will be in contact with you immediately for requesting of 2nd VAC payment as soon as any advice received in relation to further grants.
