The only situation i can think of is that you are a contractor and you have your own ABN. However you are treated as a common law employee or an employee under the expanded definition in the SG rules for the work you have undertaken. If this is the case, you would not be able to claim a deduction for personal super contributions if the income earned from those contracts is 10% or more of your total income. |
