TVpad3 Users: TVpad3 update Method, proceed as following:
Step 1: Go to settings on TVpad3.
Step 2: Then go to Ethernet or Wifi settings, depending on if they use Wifi or Ethernet Cable at home.We can only help them to modify cable settings, we can’t not help them to modify settings for Wi-Fi, our Wi-Fi setting is different to their homes, but we can still show them what needs to be changed to.
Step 3: Choose Manual, change the DNS address to one of the following: (DO NOT CHANGE IP ADDRESS, SUBNET MASK OR GATEWAY SETTINGS, ONLY DNS)

183.57.43.70 (DO NOT CHANGE IP ADDRESS, SUBNET MASK OR GATEWAY SETTINGS, ONLY DNS)
Step 4: After saving the settings, you have to disconnect the power then restart TVpad3 to take effect. |
