请教各路达人：地板上层水泥被泡开裂，求维修建议

大家好，有个问题想咨询一下。前一段时间因为管道渗水厨房地板被泡了，开始觉得并不严重。但是前两天揭开地板革一看，下面一层水泥都龟裂开了。

让handyman来看了，一个说很容易150+GST搞定。

另一个看了说这个 150 就是开玩笑。他说这个不是渗漏是完全“湿”了。说这样的已经和混凝土表面脱离了，整个要去掉并且要全干了才能动工。所以要300-450+GST...

有这方面经验的朋友麻烦看一下，这样的工程大概要多少钱？如果真的像第二个说的，那我们就让他干了。下面是第二人的回信。万分感谢

I went past the property today and inspected the damage to the floor.I
I turned back the vinyl flooring and noticed the damage.
The area was wet- Not saturated but wet???

The ’cement/ardit’ that has been used has cracked and come off the concrete substrate. (photo’s attached)

This area will need to be removed and cleaned and Dried.
A primer applied to the concrete to improve the adhesion of the ‘ardit’ to the concrete floor.
The ardit mixed and spread over the area- Allow to dry.
Fold back the vinyl back into position.

The time involved in cleaning, prep and applying product along with the material involved will be between $300 and $450 plus gst-
It depends how things go and if the floor is dry when I get their?

水泥敲掉，铺新水泥，做完垃圾清场，这点活楼上150嫌多？我给你100刀，你把楼主的活干了吧。

这个，确实，最好把以前的全部清除掉，再做一层沙底就行了。不是什么大问题， 就是一层sand/cement bed。150 的价格很实在。自己没经验，可能做不好。

这个HANDYMAN 就可以做。不过，你找一个做瓷砖的师傅，应该更靠铺。
