Main Activities:
Delivers a world class Order Management Experience.
Completes Client Orders via the Order Management internal systems; and following
through to resolution. Provides case status updates to CRM, Order Management systems.
May be responsible for documenting and following through to resolution some aspects of
more complex Order management systems.
Maintains ownership of Sales Orders until resolved. Answers, consults with more seniorlevel
Order Management representatives, contributes and co-ordinates with Sales team,
finance and Fulfillment when necessary about sales orders to help resolve Client order
issues.
Make sure credit card orders are charged to the credit card prior to shipment of the order.
Review QAD orders entered and SOX compliance
May be asked to be a participant in non-critical Order Management escalations.
Invoicing and posting completed orders
Print invoices in a timely manner and ensure they are sent to customers within 2 business
days of generation
Accurate records management, and timely filing of invoices
Respond to customer service enquiries within agreed SLA timeframe
May be asked to be a participant in non-critical Order Management escalations.
Participates in Order Management-related training and in-services.
Escalates Order Management issues to more senior-level staff or Team Lead.
Applies best practices, policies, and procedures that contribute to positive team metrics
Skills Required:
Accurate literacy and numeracy, well organised with
excellent attention to detail, commitment to providing
prompt customer service, computer literate, should have
knowledge of Internet software; some familiarity with using
Order Management systems; spreadsheet software and
Word Processing software; and must have the ability to
learn job-related software applications. High school
diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year
related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of Eb2, CRM, Sales Force |
