Assistant Operation Manager - Smithfield

About The Role
This is a fulltime role. As assistant to the company director, you will be supporting the director on the overall operation including tasks from basic levels such as order picking/packing, stock management to strategic levels such as: marketing plan creation and execution. In order to step up on your career progression, you must show your persistency and willingness to cope with the tiring and repetitive works during the initial stage.
Your duties include:
• Order picking & packing
• Stock maintenance and management
• Customer service
• Carry out online & offline promotional activities
• Bookkeeping
• Telemarketing
• Event coordination
• Business development
Qualifications required:
• Student/Graduate welcome
• Practical experience in sales/marketing/accounting in Australia is an advantage but not essential
• Fluent English in speaking and writing. Average score of 7 on IELTS or equivalent tests.
• Has valid driver license and car
• Able to drive forklift is an advantage but not essential
• Young male(30 under preferable)
