TX们有没有玩过ANZ 的CPS

最近收到ANZ的EMail 说可以购买他们的CPS（Convertible prefrence share)如下。

Investment information
Dividends on CPS are preferred, non-cumulative, based on a floating rate and are expected to be fully franked. Dividends are scheduled to be paid quarterly in arrears, subject to the Payment Tests.
The Dividend Rate will be calculated each quarter as the sum of the Bank Bill Rate plus the Margin, together multiplied by (1 – Tax Rate). The Margin is 2.50% per annum.
CPS have been assigned an investment grade Issue Credit Rating of “A+” by Standard & Poor’s and a provisional investment grade Issue Credit Rating of “Aa3” by Moody’s.*
ANZ will apply for CPS to be quoted on the ASX.

Issue Price $100 per CPS
Minimum investment $5,000 (50 CPS)
