Office Assistant
Rapidly expanding importing and wholesale company is hiring a reliable individual to join our team as a office assistant and all rounder. This is a full time position with work hours being Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at our Rydalmere office.
The ideal candidate we are looking for who is willing to become a part of our dynamic term and have a desire to learn on the job. You will need good computing skills and Australia working experiences however full training will be provided.
- Running admin for the office and supporting the Director
- Excellent computer skills – Particularly
- in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Self-motivated, attention to detail and ability to take initiative in supporting
- Answer all incoming calls and take telephone messages
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, sales term and oversea suppliers
