今天收到面试的Email，特地上来拜拜足迹。会计都不想做了，准备去弄鱼薯店或者水果店。跪求各位大神的建议。如何准备下周一的面试

谁敢给你意见啊， 等你拿到了offer， 估计论坛很多人 都想第一个先把你ban了。。

我来给lz打个气，好好看你的selection criteria，所有的interview问题都是从那些问题来的

记得每个selection criteria准备至少2个例子来支持你的论述

到时候估计就是让你举例子来证明你的selection criteria

最后一问通常是APS的value之类的，这个APS网站上有

能不能建议他们把接电话的team搞专业点。。。。

上次把我hold了两分钟回来问我个tax agent number然后继续把我put on hold
过了半个小时才搞定一个escalation。。。。

原来还是想开店啊，我记得进了ATO就不能同时做生意了， interest conflicts

这个是详细要求：

Supports strategic direction
1. Supports shared purpose and direction： Supports shared purpose and direction        Understands and supports the organisation's vision, mission and business objectives. Follows direction provided by supervisor. Recognises how own work contributes to the achievement of team goals. Understands the reasons for decisions and recommendations.
2. Thinks strategically        Understands the work environment and contributes to the development of plans, strategies and team goals. Identifies issues and problems that may impact on own work objectives. Demonstrates an awareness of the implications of issues for own work.
3. Harnesses information and opportunities： Draws on information from multiple sources and uses agreed guidelines to analyse what information is important and how it should be used. Keeps self and others well informed on work progress.
4. Shows judgement, intelligence and commonsense： Undertakes analysis and draws accurate conclusions based on evidence. Thinks laterally, identifies and implements improved work practices.

实在想不出什么好的例子关于Strategic thinking

Focuses strategically
Shows judgment, intelligence and common sense

可以指点一下方向么？ 还有关于 APS value，我在ATO 做了18个月的Contractor，在ATO call center 做了6个月。总觉得没什么好说的。目前的工作绝大部分是关于SMSF。

加起来在ATO做过两年了，还不知道怎么说？小伙子，你的路漫漫啊。。。

这个是APS3的一条：
Supports shared purpose and direction

Understands and supports the organisation's vision, mission and business objectives.
Follows direction provided by supervisor.
Recognises how own work contributes to the achievement of organisational goals.
Understands the reasons for decisions and recommendations.

去找ATO的PBS，开篇第一段就是ATO的Strategic Statements,那里面就告诉你ATO 作为一个政府部门，它的存在是干嘛用的。知道了这个以后，想一想你的工作是怎样帮助ATO实现了这个Goal，你贡献了什么。

想到一个可以用的，I was team support and we were assigned new work type which doesn't have proper procedure.
What I did was to gather all questions and feedback from the team member. And then discussed with our coach. We improve the current procedure and get it approved from product area.
As a result, the new procedure is not only improve the team productivity but also exceed the taxpayers' expectation. Our team finished the work 2 week earlier than what we plan.

真的太谢谢了。写作水平有限。下完班要带小孩，有心无力。45分钟的面试，大概多少个问题，一个问题需要回答多少分钟啊

我没有参加过Graduate Program的面试，只能根据我的其他面试经验告诉你哈：45分钟的面试通常有6-8个问题，每个问题没有时间限定，整个面试超过45分钟也是很有可能的。

希望借你吉言，能够进去ATO.我曾经在CALL CENTER 呆过，非常严格的工作环境，也很辛苦。
