• Background in a construction related field
• An ability to read and understand simple building plans
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation for projects
• Preparing and updating safe work method statements
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft outlook, office and excel skills
• Assisting Project Managers
• Good level of verbal and written communication
• An eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Assisting Estimators tender, collate, review and finalise tender submissions
