今天收到citibank的广告信件。special的金卡和银卡。

看了半天也没找到是不是有年费.

这里面的balances transferred什么意思啊？20.74%p.a.是我欠账时的利息吗？

Terms and conditions apply (available on request). Standard Citibank Credit Card Fees and charges apply. Subject to your acceptance you will be billed an annual account fee which is currently $65 for the Primary Citibank Clear card, and $19 for an Additional Citibank Clear card. Allow up to 15 working days to process your Application subject to verification.

BALANCES TRANSFER是指你把旧卡的欠的帐划过去新卡。是欠帐需要付的利息。
