Essential skills and attributes include:

Agent Representative Certification and current drivers licence
A highly motivated and positive "can do" attitude
Excellent presentation ability, written and verbal communication skills
An ability to develop productive long-term relationships with clients
Ability to work in and drive a performance based culture
High level of competency in negotiation
Sound knowledge of the Melbourne City, Southbank, Docklands and surrounding suburbs
Proven track record in a Sales environment
The ability to work to realistic targets, and have sound lead generation skills


Bilingual language skills will be highly regarded, but are not essential.
