急问：因为搬家，公司的地址也就换了，但忘了给ASIC打电话告知他们，所以有2年都没交款了，刚刚得知公司已被注销，请问可以交款恢复公司的名字吗？还是需要重新申请一个新公司。

yes, but there will be interest and fines.

but you have to do it.

you might not be able to have a new company if you are the director of the deregistered company.

it is very bad for you if you don't clear your name with ASIC.
